For sales-rep-driven shops
Setup Instructions
Use Case 1

Merchants email docs to sales reps

  • Merchant experience stays exactly the same
  • Files watermarked before reaching reps
  • Forwarding workflow — no code, no access
  • Subject, body, reply-to, and attachments stay intact
  • Reps never see an unprotected file
Use Case 2

Reps submitting deals to funders

  • Reps email docs to Aquamark
  • List funder(s) in subject for unique versions
  • Blank subject for broker-only watermarks
  • Files return in one email
  • Reps submit protected versions to funders

Many brokers use both — docs arrive watermarked through use case 1, then reps add funders when ready to submit through use case 2. Aquamark spots existing broker watermarks, files are never double-marked.

Setup Instructions

Aquamark will provision a dedicated routing address for your company. It functions like an email address, but operates as a processing endpoint for watermarking. There is no inbox where documents are stored. We will provide setup instructions based on whether your company uses Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, including the routing criteria to configure in your email admin. You are not granting Aquamark access to your email environment; instead, you are choosing which email traffic is routed to your dedicated address for watermarking. Protected files are then returned by email.
