Anyone on your team can send files to your dedicated Aquamark processing address—just include the funder name(s) in the subject line to generate unique watermarked versions for each. The address is an inbound parse webhook, not another email inbox—incoming emails trigger the webhook and post attachments to our API for watermarking.
Watermarked files are returned to the sender immediately, ready to forward to funders. Nothing is stored on our end—documents are processed in memory and discarded. All infrastructure runs on SOC 2 certified services.
